In order to increase collaboration and information sharing, USDA created a FITARA SharePoint site. We developed the site with topic separation and naming conventions to easily locate files and briefings.
The FITARA Team Leads worked with the CXOs in order to document processes and procedures that are not in the Departmental Directives and Manuals. Items such as advisories or memorandums were used as primary artifacts to build the workflow diagrams. These workflow diagrams can be found at the USDA FITARA SharePoint.
As USDA works from the Implementation Plan and progresses into execution, we will share the new approved information and artifacts with our stakeholders through the site to achieve an overarching purview of the FITARA program.
This site is a controlled access site and users must request access and have a USDA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card.
