Delegation of Authority
Approve Selection of State Cooperative Extension Service Directors and Administrators

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this memorandum is to delegate authority within the Department to approve selection of State Cooperative Extension Service Directors and Administrators. 

2. DELEGATIONS

The Under Secretary for Research, Education, and Economics (REE) is hereby delegated the authority vested in the Secretary to approve selection of State Cooperative Extension Service Directors and Administrators.  This authority is further delegated to the Director, National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
