Information Technology Program and Project Manager Certification Requirements

1. PURPOSE

This Departmental Regulation (DR) implements policy requirements of the Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) as defined in the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) Memorandum, Revisions to the Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) dated December 16, 2013, which became effective on March 31, 2014.
