Economy Act Agreements

PURPOSE

a.    This Departmental Regulation (DR) establishes the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) policy for interagency transactions entered into pursuant to the Economy Act as codified in 31 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 1535.

b.    This DR does not cover interagency transactions pursuant to authorities other than the Economy Act.
