Consolidating USDA Agencies' Services on Indian Reservations
The purpose of this regulation is to implement section 2501 (g) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 by providing consolidated United States Department of Agriculture suboffices on American Indian reservations. This regulation applies to the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, the Soil Conservation Service, and the Farmers Home Administration.
