John Donovan
Director, Telecommunications Services and Operations

John Donovan is Director of Telecommunications Services and Operations. He was originally appointed Acting ACIO for Telecommunications Services and Operations in December 2007. Prior to his appointment, he served as Deputy ACIO for TSO.

Mr. Donovan has been with USDA for 20 years and served most of his time with the Food and Nutrition Service. He joined OCIO in 2001 as the Deputy for the Universal Telecommunications Network project office and served as Special Assistant to the CIO and Deputy CIO from 2004 - 2006.
