Changes to the CPIC Guide

Changes

· The CPIC Graphic was changed.

· Whole document - Changed “systems” to “investments.” Previously these terms were used interchangeably. Since IGP, systems are now part of investments.

· Whole document – The term “initiative” is now used only in Pre-Select and Select Phases. “Investment” is used for the rest of the document.

· “Thresholds for Majors” was re-written to be more of a check list. Also Appendix T for non-majors was referenced.

· More info about responsible individuals was added. The Agency Heads are better defined. “Investment Owners” and “Portfolio Managers” were added and defined.

· More Raines Rules and a link to the Raines Rules site were added.

· Appendix F was changed to include the 19 OMB risk categories.

· Appendix T was added for non-majors.
